Programs are available for your classroom or museum field trips!

You may fax the form 631-208-8304, email the information and form (programs@lisciencecenter.org) or leave a message in the office at
anytime and someone will get back to you.
Book field trips early!
Our programs fill quickly. Your field trip includes a program of your choice;
30 minutes in our hands-on museum exhibit area; a visit to our gift shop.
Arrangements can be made for all Special Needs
Museum is handicapped accessible
Method of Payment: BOCES Arts in Education, BOCES Regional Enrichment,
check or money order payable to LISC, credit card (MC or Visa Only)
CASH NOT ACCEPTED for group programs. Memberships not accepted for groups.
Please note: there is a $100 minimum for all programs at our museum.
Nassau County: Add $60 for mileage for out programs.
Cancellations: Should weather conditions on the day of your program
cause the closing of either your school or the LISC, we will try to
reschedule. Should you wish to cancel your reservation for other
reasons, please notify us 3 weeks in advance.
OUR SCIENCE STORE is open during your field trip.
Reasonably priced items from $.25 reinforce
science topics presented in the educational program.
Classroom packs or individual science supplies from our
Science Store are available for pre-order.
NOTE: Allergies!
Our programs use no peanut products, however, some programs
contain products that may cause allergic reactions in some people.
You Must Notify us when booking the program
if any student has allergies.
Long Island Science Center programs are boces supported
PTA/PTO: The Long Island Science Center will be delighted to help your organization book programs for your school. We are available to help promote your Science Fair. Our philosophy is fun while learning.
LIBRARIES: All programs are appropriate for your site and can be adapted to your needs.
